Refund policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from MARINA STUDIO. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

These items will not be accepted if returned.

Return InstructionsThe customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
